Internships

Are you interested in leadership issues and organizational development? Want to gain practical experience alongside your university studies? If so, Michaël Berglund Executive Search is still expanding and looking for students who, in parallel with their studies, want to learn what it’s like to be a recruitment intern – and want to be part of our client assignments.

For university students, we offer a position as a recruitment intern in Stockholm at Michaël Berglund Executive Search. During the internship period, you’ll gain insight into what it’s like to work with us while demonstrating your ability to perform and deliver as agreed in the role of associate.

We are looking for people with a genuine interest in leadership, business and people. So, the qualities we value include good analytical and communication abilities, curiosity, and organisational skills. You are results-oriented, driven, and a team player. You are passionate about organizational and strategy issues along with the latest business and leadership trends. Finally, you have a natural ability to create trust among your colleagues through your analytical ability, delivery reliability, and focus on quality.

As a recruitment intern in Stockholm, you will play an important role in the team. Your role will be broad and include everything from searching for candidates to leading internal projects, interviewing candidates, and being responsible for general administrative duties. In addition, you will get to participate in recruitment assignments at the management team level, and have some of the most prominent and interesting companies in the business community as clients. And since you will be working with managers and leaders in high positions, you must be flexible, have a creative mindset, and possess good reasoning skills. Michaël Berglund Executive Search offers you attractive working conditions in a professional, dynamic environment in central Stockholm including flexible work hours, good development opportunities, and exciting clients.

Examples of duties include:

  • Research and sourcing
  • Contact and brief interviews with candidates
  • Internal control of the recruitment process
  • Preparing presentation materials and writing reports
  • Analyzing materials and identifying challenges and opportunities in relevant industries
  • Developing internal processes

We look forward to receiving your application.
