Churchill said ”Never let a good crisis go to waste.” The ongoing pandemic is very serious. As we all strive to take responsibility to respect the health and lives of ourselves and others, it has limited our possibilities to meet and travel as we did before. But, it has also opened up new opportunities. In a sense, the world has shrunk. Apart from time difference, it is the same to us if the person we are connecting with through videolink is sitting in the house next door or on a different continent. Meeting via videolink has become the new norm on how we safely meet and connect with each other. In our International Mentorship Programme, we match you with your own mentor for individual meetings over a year. We also offer webinars on current and relevant subjects where you also “meet” other mentees and mentors from all over the world, sharing, discussing and reflecting together.
