Board Mastery – Dynamics in the Boardroom
This training programme is specifically designed for chairpersons or leaders about to take on a role as chair in a limited company. It will give you the practical and theoretical knowledge you need to succeed plus inspiration to develop as a leader.

Are you an experienced board member or chair ready to take the next step?
Board Mastery is an advanced board programme that gives you deeper insight and practical tools to navigate the most complex questions in the boardroom.
Over two intensive days in a small group (7–10 participants), you gain perspectives on board dynamics, owner relations, M&A and the chair’s role.
The programme is led by board expert Katarina Bonde and includes realistic cases, dilemmas and proven best practice.
Past participants particularly emphasise the high level of expertise, the meaningful discussions and the collegial exchange of experience as the programme’s greatest values.
Board Mastery is designed for those with several years of experience as a board member or chair who want to sharpen their ability to lead board work, handle complex situations and create real value in the boardroom.
