About the program

What are your responsibilities as a board member? How should the work of your board be managed, and where do you draw the line between the board and operational activities?

During 3,5 intense, fun days with other interesting course participants, you will get the knowledge and the comprehensive picture you need for success in managing the issues and challenges a board member can face during a board assignment.

The main parts of the program – law, economics and practical board activities – are mixed with current themes and relevant trends liked to board engagement. The program combines theory with practice and inspiring guest lecturers.

Who is the program for?

Professional board engagement is for leaders who have taken on an assignment as a board member of a limited liability company or who aspire to do so. If you are an owner, are part of a management team or otherwise have contact with board activities, you too will benefit from the training.

Program format

The program extends over 3,5 days and is a mix of lectures, group discussions, individual work and various cases, as well as the application of various tools that help you develop your board engagement.

During this program, you will work together with the other participants and get to ask questions and share experiences.

Day 1 begins at 1:30 p.m. Day 4 ends at 16.45.

Food & venue

Our programs take place in bright, modern premises. In between sessions during the day, you can enjoy a generous lunch and an afternoon coffee break in a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. We also have dinner together on the first and second days.

Diploma

After you complete the training, you will receive both a paper diploma and online copy as a receipt of your newly acquired knowledge and investment in the future.

You will also automatically become part of Michaël Berglund’s Board Network upon course completion, and receive future invitations to network meetings with different themes.
