With us, you get help to prepare so that you can shoulder your new responsibilities successfully. We develop an individual plan for your executive transition and guide you all the way. This way, you’ll be better equipped to quickly leverage your potential, easily navigate risks, and pave a smoother path to success in your new assignment.</p>

<p>If you’re open to coaching, you have a better chance of successfully doing your job and developing as a leader. With us as your sparring partner in executive coaching, you get a sounding board before having to make tricky choices or hard decisions, or when you’re going through a tough period. You also get someone who can challenge you and make you grow as a CEO, business area manager, or another senior position. We consult with you using the utmost discretion and firm commitment. Based on your unique needs, we can provide limited support or serve as a long-term advisor.</p>

<p>If you feel alone in your role as CEO, you share that experience with many others in the same position. We know this from experience. In such as situation, getting your own personal sounding board can inspire you and offer new perspectives. Experience tells us this, too. At Michaël Berglund, we can help you find the right mentorship. To get the best results, we usually recommend a mentorship period of 12 months, but this can of course be adapted.</p>
